Building a CRM for a Travel Agency in Newcastle ✈️🌍
Last year, I had the opportunity to work on a freelance project with a growing travel agency based in Newcastle. They were looking for a tailored CRM solution to streamline their operations across enquiries, quotes, and bookings.
I developed a fully custom web application that allowed staff to manage the entire client journey—from initial enquiry to confirmed holiday booking. The system also included tools for managing team performance, with features like agent-specific targets, live profit tracking, and performance reports broken down by agent and shop.
